I believe in being transparent about fees to save family caregivers from the extra time and frustration it can take to find out what services cost. There are several options available to you which can be discussed during your free consultation to determine what is best for you.

Assessment and Planning Package

An initial intake consultation in person, by phone or virtual with the family caregiver(s)

  • A holistic assessment of the older adult in their home environment

  • Consultation with any family members involved to learn about all their concerns and perspectives

  • Preparation of a written care plan that breaks recommendations down into manageable steps and includes resources and referrals

  • A review meeting of the plan with family members to determine the final on-going plan of care, next steps and any continued use of my services

Minimum of 6 hours of service

$750 flat rate

$150 per hour for care plan implementation and coordination, crisis management, and medical advocacy thereafter billed in 15 minute increments

Hourly Consultation & Management

In some instances, the Assessment and Planning Package may not be required particularly when there is a critical immediate need for action:

$250 for the first hour and $150 thereafter.

Peace of Mind Retainer Add-On

The retainer option is available to clients who completed the Comprehensive Assessment and Planning Package. This is a particularly good option if family members are not close by and can cover:

  • Weekly check-ins and reporting to the family

  • Monitoring of the care being provided by in-home caregivers; supplies or medications needed; and mail and bills.

6 hours per month (1.5 hours per week)

$500 per month

$100 per hour discounted fee for hourly care plan implementation and coordination
